At that time the range of products covered single purpose engine oils and various technical cleaners that were distributed directly and also included in those products distributed by regional trade outlets. With the extension and modernization of the Werther Works as location in the nineteen fifties and sixties the range of products was also increased to include multi-grade engine oils, industrial and gearbox oils, greases, two-wheeler care products, lubricants and coolants.

The Ravensberger Schmierstoffvertrieb GmbH distribution network for RAVENOL products was extended little by little to cover the whole of Germany. An efficient network of dealers was built up and the RAVENOL brand became more and more established as a result of the activities of our representatives in the field.

To meet the increasing demands of the market, the Ravensberger Schmierstoffvertrieb GmbH increased its range of products in the nineteen eighties to include semi synthetic and synthetic engine and gearbox oils, various automobile care products as well as other lubricants and greases which were added to the range. In the meantime various large dealer companies were being supplied with RAVENOL products.
